KZSU Interviews Curators at the Hoover Institution Library and Archives:
Our interview began with Dr. Jean Cannon, curator for the North American Collection gave us an update on how researchers can use the reading room at the Hoover Institution. She also discussed the Hoover Library and Archives new Collection from former Secretary of State, George Schulz who was also a Hoover Fellow.; the collection is now open to the public. In this second part of this interview, Dr. Kay Ueda, taked to KZSU about this exhibit came to life and how she curated this exhibit. The virtual exhibit of Fanning the Flames includes 350 beautiful art objects, online videos, jigsaw puzzles and photographs that detail how propaganda was used in Japan from the Meiji Era (1868–1912) to World War II (1941–45).
